River Lure is an online fashion store offering everyday clothing, shoes and accessories for women and men. Orders ship from our UK warehouse, and our support team is here to help with any product or order questions.

Yes. Standard shipping is free on every UK order, with no minimum spend and no hidden fees.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

After dispatch, standard delivery takes 3–7 business days.

The total estimated delivery time is 4–9 business days from your order date. Every order includes tracking.

You can return items within 30 days of delivery, as long as they are unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. To start a return, email info@riverlure.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Once approved, we send you a Return Authorization with instructions.

Return shipping is paid by the customer for change-of-mind returns. Damaged, defective or incorrect items qualify for a replacement or a full refund.
